Super Mario World (also sometimes referred to as Super Mario Bros. 4) is the fourth game in the main Mario series and seventh game in the Mario series overall. It was one of the first launch title games for the Super Nintendo and was bundled with the Super Nintendo when first released. Super Mario World was produced by Shigeru Miyamoto and Takashi Tezuka. The game would be playable on the Super Nintendo and Super Famicom. It would later be re-released on the Game Boy Advance as Super Mario Advance 2: Super Mario World and again on the Wii's Virtual Console. This would also be the first appearance of Yoshi, a ride-able dinosaur who helps you throughout the levels. Both Mario and Luigi are featured as playable characters.
