Zess Tea is a beverage in Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. It is a yellow-orange in color and is in a purple tea cup. The name of the item is a pun off the person that created it, Zess T., the Toad chef.

In order to create the Zess Tea, Mario will need to have gathered a Golden Leaf from the tree found behind Creepy Steeple. Once Mario has brought the Leaf to Zess T. in Rogueport, this recipe can be created. It is used as a recovery item during a battle or outside of a battle. It will restore Mario's Flower Points and is a good substitute for the more expensive Maple Syrup.
