Tower of the Wing Cap is a small level dedicated to getting the Wing Cap. To be able to access the level, you will need to have collected 10 Power Stars. Then you will need to be in the main lobby of the Castle and look up at the light to access the level. Hitting the switch will allow you to use the Wing Cap throughout the game whenever you hit a Wing Cap Block. This level also has one Power Star which you can collect by getting all 8 Red Coins that are in the sky.
