The Tasty Tonic first appeared in Paper Mario. It could be found in shops in every town of the game and is can be the least expensive in Yoshi's Village for only two coins. When it is used, it can cure Poison or shrinking done to Mario.

It would return in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door and use the same purpose as the past game. It could be found in the item shop in Rogueport for only three coins.
