Luigi Raceway or Luigi Circuit, is the first track of the Mushroom Cup in Mario Kart 64. This track is the most basic course and has no hazards. It features two straightaways and two curves through a tunnel. At the beginning of the race track, a Luigi cap can be seen on top of the stand full of fans. On the first straightaway, a balloon that portrays Luigi's head will dip down, holding an Item Box. If the racer hops as the balloon reaches its lowest point, the item box can be contained. Inside this Item Box, there will always be a Spiny Shell.

The hangers that can be seen in the background are numbered 64 and 65, flanking a radio control building.

It first appears in the Lightning Cup and looks to be set on an airfield with rain puddles that will cause a driver to spin out. On the third lap, the blimp will take off and fly around(it will later be seen at Sky Garden. It also features tight turns and winds around circuitously many times.

This version of Luigi's Circuit would make a later appearance in Mario Kart DS. It would appear in the Leaf Cup. They would also get a few changes made on the tracks on the DS version.
