The Healthy Salad is an item that first appeared in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. It could be made by mixing a Turtley Leaf with a Horsetail. It can recover fifteen flower points, as well as cure the Poison status ailment.

It would return in Super Paper Mario, where it could be made from a Fresh Veggie. It would restore fifteen HP and cure Poison in this game.
