Gooper Blooper

Gooper Blooper is a very large member of the blooper race who is fought in Super Mario Sunshine. He is encountered three times in the game, twice in Ricco Harbor, and once again in Noki Bay.

[edit] How to Beat Him

Gooper Blooper tries to squash you with his over-sized tentacles. When he goes to attack you, jump on the tentacles to flatten them. Then grab a tentacle and pull it out. Do the same thing for the other 3 tentacles, while avoiding him trying to hit you. After the final tentacle is pulled out, grab his mouth, and pull it out the same away you pulled out his tentacles. He will mysteriously regrow his tentacles, so repeat what you did before. When you grab and pull his mouth again, he'll fly off into the distance.

Gooper Blooper, along with Ricco Harbor, is in a challenge in Mario Power Tennis, where you try to volley the ball with Gooper Blooper as many times as you can.
