Bullet Bill

What it Does

The Bullet Bill lets you go incredibly fast and get back into the competition. Also it lets you damage other players.

Lets you get to 4-1 place easily, hurts others, doesn't stop above gaps, turns automatically

Stops in awkward positions. (ex. Next to a wall) Sucks at certain positions. (ex. 6-1 place)

The Bullet Bill can be avoided easily. Get to the sides of the stage because it always stays in the center

Depending on the other racers' skill levels, either use it immediatly, or get as far up as you can then use it for a minor boost.
