Game History
Bullet Bills will be appearing in New Super Mario Bros. 2. They are set to have the same appearance as previous game and will only fly in a straight line. If Mario or Luigi touch a golden ring, they will become golden and leave a trail of coins as they fly by.
The Bullet Bill lets you go incredibly fast and get back into the competition. Also it lets you damage other players. It can allow a player to catch up to players quickly while damaging anyone who gets in the Bullet Bills way. It can occasionally stop in awkward places like near a wall.
It would return in Mario Kart 7 as a usable item. It will allow a player to pass other opponents, while damaging any opponent who gets in its path.
Bullet Bills would be used as a capsule in Mario Party 5. When it is used, the player will roll a dice and find out how many spaces they will move. Once complete, the players will ride on the Bullet Bill and if they hit an opponent, that opponent will lose 30 coins. Bullet Bill would also appear in the mini-game Bill Blasters as a projectile to hit the opponents. They would also appear in Random Ride as they will try to hit one an unlucky player to eliminate them.
Bullet Bill would be an orb in Mario Party 6. They would have the same effect as they did in the previous game though they would only steal twenty coins. They could also be found in the mini-game Jump the Gun as platforms for the player.
Bullet Bills would only appear mini-games in Mario Party 7. First they would be found in StratosFEAR! where they would be obstacles for the three players while the one other player will move the mushroom up and down. The could be seen in Wheel of Woe where the player will command to launch the Bullet Bills as they try to eliminate the other players. And they would appear in Helipopper as they will try to slow the player down.
The Bullet Bills would appear as the Bullet Candy in Mario Party 8. They would only appear on Bowser's Warped Orbit as they will transform the player's bottom half into the end of a Bullet Bill. This will allow them to hit three Dice Blocks and steal a star from each player it hits.
It would appear in Cardiators mini-game as they would appear as a card enemy and deal nine damage. They would be obstacles in the mini-games Sick and Twisted and Thrash 'n' Crash as they will need to be avoided or else the player is eliminated. They would also appear in Superstar Showdown as they are projectiles that are fired from Bowser's Cannon.
They would be a track and field athlete for the Mushroom Stadium in Mario Party Advance. When the player challenges them to a race and wins, they will give the Gaddget Mini Soccer. At the end of the game, it will state that they Bullet Bill would finish second in the world sprint trials.
They could be seen in the mini-game Bill Bounce.
They would appear in Billistics where players will have to dodge several Bullet Bills or else they are eliminated. They would also appear in Speeding Bullets, where the players will pilot the Bullet Bills along a path.
The Bullet Bill would not appear in Mario Tennis Open but the player could purchase a tennis racket for 950 coins, uniform for 900 coins, wristbands for 200 coins, and shoes for 800 coins at the shop for their Mii character. These gear will be unlocked after a match has been played at random.
