Bowser's Castle is a track that has made an appearance in all Mario Kart games of the Mario Kart Series. The main hazard for these tracks are Thwomps, who will try to crush the drivers as they drive by. As well leaping over lava pits is a main obstacle on these tracks. Some Bowser Castle tracks will have bridges with no barriers.
 Super Mario Kart
 Mario Kart 64

 Mario Kart: Super Circuit
 Mario Kart: Double Dash!!
In Mario Kart: Double Dash!!, Bowser's Castle is the third course of the Special Cup. On this track, there are Thwomps, as well as a Mechanical Bowser. There is a shortcut in front of the Mechanical Bowser that leaps to the other side and skips a sharp turn.
 Mario Kart DS
The Bowser's Castle of Mario Kart DS is the third track of the Special Cup. The Hazards of this course are lava pits, Thwomps, a spinning bridge, and several sharp turns. There is also one part on the track that is a continuous turn that will contrain a shortcut by going the whole way around. If the player gets knocked off this spinning bridge, they will fall into big patches of grass. There are two Boost Pads here and most of it does not have railings. There will also be a conveyor-like part where burners will come from the ceiling and try to spin you out.
The GBA Bowser Castle 2 will also make an appearance in the Retro Grand Prix.

The latest appearance of the Bowser's Castle course is in Mario Kart 7. It yet again features lava and Thwomps and takes place inside and outside of Bowser's Castle. The outside areas are very rocky and always surrounded by lava, at the very beginning of a lap racers will use their gliders to scale a large area of lava. A large spinning barrel bridge is featured in this course along with a large under water area. There are a couple hidden short cuts as well.
The N64 Bowser's Castle and GBA Bowser Castle 3 are featured in the Retro Grand Prix.
Bowser's Castle would be a stone court that appears in Mario Tennis Open and built over boiling lava. Surrounding the ring would be Mecha Koopas that act as spectators while [[Toad[[ would referee the matches in a cage that is outside of the Castle, where the normal referee's throne is. It would feature the Shell Cup from the Tournament mode and the music for this court with be a remix version of the Bowser Theme from Super Mario 64.
 Court Stats:
- Ball Speed: Fast
- Bounce: Strong
Bowser's Castle is also the final level of Super Mario Bros., Super Mario 64, Super Mario Bros. 3 and many other Mario games. Bowser's Castle usually has Thwomps, Lava Pits, Boos, Boo Bars, and Dry Bones (Super Mario Bros. 3 had Lights in Bowser's Castle). Bowser's Castle is a hard level to many people.
