Arrowhead is one of the 6 Dual Board maps in Mario Party 3. On this map, there are 4 junctions near 2 cone-like structures with arms which are conveniently called Arrowheads. Going different paths will get you to certain areas faster. You can use these to get closer to an opponent or to your start space.
In Story Mode, after winning on the Deep Bloober Sea map, the player would battle Yoshi(Luigi if the player was Yoshi) to earn the Kindness Star Stamp.
